Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art Giveaway Athens Art Festival 2023 – Legal Terms of Use.

These Legal Terms of Use, henceforth referred to as the “Agreement,” govern the Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art Giveaway, henceforth referred to as the “Promotion,” and are binding upon all participants. By participating in the Promotion, each participant, henceforth referred to as the “Entrant,” expressly acknowledges and agrees to comply with all provisions contained herein.

1. Eligibility:

  • The Promotion is open to individuals aged 13 years or older, subject to strict adherence to this Agreement. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art, its agents, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of the Promotion, are categorically ineligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

  • The Promotion shall commence on Sunday, October 08 at precisely 11:00 AM (GMT+3) and conclude on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at precisely 11:59 PM, (GMT+3).

3. Method of Entry:

  • In order to gain entry to the Promotion, Entrants must adhere to the following stipulations:
  • 1] Entrants shall commence their participation by initiating a connection with the official Instagram/Facebook account of Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art, identified by the handle @zakkirakosian and @ZAKKIRAKOSIAN respectively.
  • 2] Subsequently, Entrants shall inscribe the name of one (1) friend/user in the comments section of the official giveaway post. All duplicates will be removed.

4. Winner Selection:

  • The winner shall be determined by random selection, executed through the employment of a random comment picker by @Simpliers. (simpliers.com)
  • The official announcement of the winner shall take place on Sunday, October 15, 2023, through Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art’s Instagram/Facebook page, at the benefactor’s discretion regarding the method and timing of said announcement.

5. Prizes:

  • The designated winner shall be awarded two (2) complimentary tickets, which may or may not be provided in digital form rather than physical tickets. These digital tickets shall be furnished with a unique QR code or Barcode, serving as the Entrant’s passport to the 3rd Athens Art Festival 2023, on any of the given dates mentioned hereby in section 6, depending on availability.
  • Simultaneously, the winner shall be endowed with a distinct 50% reduction in cost, herein designated as the “Discount,” which may be judiciously employed towards the acquisition of any original artistic creations displayed within the purview of Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art’s oeuvre at the aforementioned festival. The discount shall be provided via promo code or via parol contract or otherwise unwritten.

  • Participants hereby provide their explicit consent to contact with Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art (@zakkirakosian) within one (1) business day upon closure of the giveaway and particularly upon the official announcement for the sole purpose of coordinating the delivery or distribution of the prize associated with this giveaway.

6. Event Particulars:

  • The 3rd Athens Art Festival 2023 shall be realized from October 21st through October 22nd, 2023, during the hours of 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, at the esteemed Serafio City of Athens, situated at the following address: 19 Ehelidon & 144 Pireos Street, 11854, Athens, Greece. 
  • It is imperative to emphasize that Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art is not a party to the event in question. Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art has neither participated in the planning, execution, nor management of this event. Furthermore, Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art has not entered into any contractual agreements, whether express or implied, related to this event, nor has it made any representations or warranties regarding its occurrence or outcome.

    The cancellation of the event, including any reasons or circumstances leading to such a decision, is beyond the control and purview of Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art. Any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from the cancellation of the event should be directed to the responsible parties involved in the event’s organization, as Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art is entirely unrelated to said event.

    This statement is issued to protect the legal rights and interests of Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art and to prevent any unwarranted claims or liabilities from being attributed.

7. Disclaimer:

  • This promotional endeavor maintains absolute autonomy from any affiliation, endorsement, or association with Instagram, Inc / Facebook Meta. Entrants, through their participation in the Promotion, affirm their attainment of the requisite age of 13 years or older, thereby effecting the unconditional release of Instagram from any and all responsibilities, obligations, and liabilities, whilst concurrently manifesting their unequivocal commitment to comply with the terms of use established by Instagram/Facebook.

8. Sponsorship:

  • Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art shall serve as the benefactor and patron of this complex giveaway.

9. Publicity:

  • By participating in this Promotion, Entrants consent to Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art’s utilization of their Instagram/Facebook usernames and, if applicable, their legal names, privately or publicly, for promotional endeavors closely associated with the Promotion.

10. Privacy:

  • Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art solemnly undertakes the responsibility to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of any personal information voluntarily provided by Entrants, utilizing such information solely for the intricate administrative exigencies of the Promotion, without any external disclosure, transfer, or commercialization.

11. General Conditions:

  • Zak Kirakosian | Fine Art retains absolute discretion to terminate, suspend, or amend the Promotion, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to provide notice or rationale. Any entries perceived as fraudulent, incongruous, or in violation of the intricacies delineated within this Agreement shall be categorically rendered ineligible.
